(Obviously this is the single service version, the other one is slightly longer, with paths.) Which then should connect to apiVersion: apps/v1Īm I doing something wrong? I'm hours in and just can't even connect, let alone actually do anything productive. This is my ingress config: apiVersion: /v1beta1 I should note that I originally tried to use a single service ingress almost identical to that link but had the same issue, this is me trying to fix it. Name: api-ingressĭefault backend: default-http-backend:80 () When I run kubectl describe ing api-ingress I get the following. No matter what I do I get Error: connect ECONNREFUSED 127.0.0.1:80. However, no connection to appears to be possible. I've set up my hosts file to include the following entry in addition to the usual localhost entries. Running kubectl get pods does what I would expect. ![]() The gist is I have Docker for Mac, and Skaffold, a basic api-depl.yaml (which includes a service), and an ingress controller at ingress-srv.yaml.Īll pods seem to be working fine, I get no errors of any kind. I'm going round in circles and I've been stuck for hours trying to get a basic cluster working. I'm not sure if there's a better place to post this, and if there's a "basic help for bunnies" sub please let me know and I'll post there.
